Welcome to Feel the Lift Therapy and Coaching! I'm Jennifer Thompson, a Licensed Professional Counselor serving individuals in Colorado and Missouri. With a background in Sociology from Indiana University and a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Arcadia University, I bring a diverse range of experiences to my practice.
My journey in the field has taken me through psychiatric hospitals and schools, but now I'm fully dedicated to my private practice. Beyond my work, I cherish my role as a mother and find solace in the beauty of nature through hiking. Reading, travel, and indulging my cat, Cosmo, complete the tapestry of my life.
